Inner Glow:

I've found this Inner Glow

livin inside my soul

Took many years to find its' worth

buried deep beneath this hurt

The Sun's shinin inside

We no longer have to hide

what we feel - it's not bad to be real

Love this person inside

I no longer fear

their rejection and their stares

No need to hide my Truth

like I was taught to do in youth

Someday I hope they find

their own freedom deep inside

It cries to be heard and speak it's Loving Word

and emanate it's joyful pride

So please hear my plea

find the courage to be free

Love others equal to yourself

Don't try to become someone else

Live your lives out loud

Don't hide them 'neath a shroud

Your innate worth has been with you since birth

so wear it proud
